Shipping Info

Free Shipping:
All of the orders which more than USD 100 in total from North America(Not include Mexico) and Western Europe are Free Shipping, no matter how many or how much weight of the orders.

The other orders from the rest will be charged $6.99 to $40 as shipping fee,please check it carefully before order.

Shipping Time:
It will take 7 - 15 days as normal for the shipment after order completed payment,some of the country will take some more days around 15-30 days depend on the Post Office service.
We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

Note:
Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

Handling Time:
It will take 1-3 days as processing time as usual for the normal order.
It will take 5-10 days as the processing times for the customized order with printing logo or size,depend on the customized order demand.

Return Term:
If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.
